I had the task of upgrading beast's forum for him.

Thanks to Steve he was the one told me the proper way of doing the upgrade.

Beast's forum is loaded with erros, mega errors.

First I upgrade from 2.0.13 to 2.0.14 to 2.0.15, upgrades went just find, knocked out all the skins, which were old and outdated anyways. Then all the Mod.'s where knocked out.

I thought I'd try to reinstall Stop Spammer, but when I did it still gives me the errors, many errors to reinstall, so I left it out, and shut down the Registration for now..

My one big problem is I am getting mega erros from the Aracdehook. pages of them. How do I get rid of this, I delete them they come right back..

One other thing is this see the image I have posted.

Under Maintenance I was doing I came to: Check all files against current versions and the image will show you, is this anything to be concerned about.

You can use the "Fix Tools" tool from SMF.org which will remove all hooks so you can have a clean slate to work with.

https://download.simplemachines.org/?tools

For the file versions, just click the links on the left for the ones showing 2.0.14 to see which files are still at that version. If it is a core SMF file just upload a fresh copy of it. If not, then see if there is an update for the file. The files still may work although they say 2.0.14.

BTW, you can fix custom themes so they are updated to using this:

Trouble is I don't have access to these two hooks..

I looked at the link for the outdated skins, I don't quite understand it..

That tool should remove all hooks. You may have to uninstall all mods first and try again.

For the themes, in index.template.php look for this:

<input type="hidden" name="hash_passwrd" value="" />

and replace it with this:

<input type="hidden" name="hash_passwrd" value="" /><input type="hidden" name="', $context['session_var'], '" value="', $context['session_id'], '" />

It should look like this:
