I remember those! My mom used to have one but it didn't toast the buns, idk.


They are a pain to clean!

Yes, but how could you improve it? The cleaning would be the hard part. If it opened like a panini press or the george forman grill it would be easier to clean. But why not just buy one of those?

The one we had worked ok but like I said the cleaning part sucked. Was easier to just fry them in a pan.
