I cannot edit membergroups

Hello.

When I try to reach to "Edit Membergroups" tab, I get the following error:

An Error Has Occurred!
Unable to load the '' template.


" template ? O_o

It must be a problem with the script but it does not even tell me which file or line, et cetera so I really have no idea what to do. :/

Are there any errors in the logs about it?

I checked the error logs of course and no error was written about it.
