  Ok, We have did this before, but it's been so long I forgot how to do it. I downloaded some new themes. some of them will not show my banner. My question is, How do I install my banner on it at the top?

Some themes are coded differently but just go into the theme's settings and you should see a section to add a logo.  In this part:

"Logo image URL:"
