i tried to install SMF Points ( http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=1741) i do the Manual Install Instructions for SMF 2.0.15 , but still get error

That mod is very old and outdated. SMF uses very different coding now. We did try to update one a few years ago but were not successful. You can read about it here:
