I do not see a size for your shoutbox. However, you should be able to use the bbc command for it in there.
[size=18pt]Hello[/size]
Just change the "18" what whatever size you wish and add what you want to say between it like this:

Then something is wrong with Simple Portal but I cannot see where you marked it...
Go into shoutbox/modefi and you can see where I out line all the diff ones I wanted to show up

But I think I've found the problem... That is not for which icons to show. It is for which bbc tags you are allowed to use. Best to check with SP forum to make sure but think I'm correct.
EDIT: Yes, that is exactly what it does. I just tested it on your forum. ;)
Do I need to update too 2.3.5 ?

I do not think that will solve that problem but keeping your mods current is usually a good thing.
