No, the sig and your postings let me know you weren't a spammer. ;)
There are a lot of spammers that hammer this site as well as a lot of other smf sites. I have permissions and groups setup so new users are restricted, if they are spammers and ever manage to get past my security. Your sig link is an actual smf forum...spammers have links to seo's, viagra, etc.
After so many posts you are automatically put into the DS User group. But if I see that you are not a spammer/hacker I'll put you there myself. ;)

i need to learn a lot from you .... on avoiding spammers ....

For info on SMF security check out the articles in the "SMF 2.0 Security" block on the left. There are more that I need to do but those will set you straight for now.
