I have a Farley New Dell Laptop that stopped Charging the Internal Battery pack!
So what IO did was unplug the Side DC jack from the laptop it's self for a few minutes, then plug it back in and it started Charging right off and is still good 5 days after!
No more issue att!
So far for the money , I love this Laptop, very handy and the HDMI is great, running windows !0 on the Intel i5 CPU dual core 4gb ram! 15" Monitor light weight!

I've read that sometimes you might have to remove the battery for awhile and that may help too.
