What are you having for Easter dinner?

I'm making a glazed ham...not sure what type of glaze yet. Either a brown sugar and dijon mustard glaze or a cola glaze.

Then we are having mac and cheese along some collards greens with smoked hocks.

Hmmm, haven't made cornbread in awhile...that would be awesome with it!  :cooking:

I use to make Corn bed and lots of stuff, but can not any longer, but they have some Jiffy corn bread that's easy to make.

And taste pretty good. I also alway6s stick with sea food over the Easter holidays and I'm not even religious, ( but have nothing against it/them and all children should be raised with that respect ans knowledge IMHO!

This may sound like back stepping, But I do believe there was a saint like being, called Jesus though! and others like Him to give guidance to those in need!

I will have a bit of fish and maybe some of that corn bread mix, I'm unable to make it myself any longer!  :)

But it's all good eating what one likes!
