Pop Ups

  I've got pop ups coming up on ever program I get in. Why? I don't like them

Sounds like you've installed something that allows pop-ups or your PC got hacked. If you have antivirus program installed then run it and see if that cures it. If not, you may have added a new toolbar, perhaps, which may need to be removed.
