Yes, we just found out it has permission problems. It is a new testing version of the shoutbox.

Permissions were set incorrectly.  You should be able to shout now beast.  (hopefully) :whistle:

I've checked the permissions for the block and they were already set when you said you couldn't shout. Maybe I missed something???
