  I now have the folder with all those games in it. What would happen if I tried to upload the whole folder to my arcade?

If you have the PDL mod installed it will work like that.

I think you have one too many things installed but it should work. LOL

These 2 are outdated but contain the Jeza skin you want:

Arcade Skin 2.5 RC1
SMF Arcade PDL Jeza Edits

The following 2 are the same thing but one have the skin in it, I think:

SMF Arcade PDL Jeza Edits
SMF Arcade v2.5 PDL Package

That is probably why you keep getting arcade errors.

  I can install the Tar games one at a time. I can't install the folder

You may be right. I haven't tried it in quite awhile...or it may be too large for you to do it all at once for your server.
