Strawberry Shortcake Bars with Fresh Strawberry Topping and a bit of Chocolate-Honey Whipped Cream

I made this last night. Lealer dressed it up and took the pics.    The bars were so yummy plain without the topping or whipped cream! Got it from the current issue of "Cuisine At Home" magazine! The whipped cream was not part of the recipe they printed...was my own recipe I created.

Here's the recipe for the whipped cream:

Cocoa Whipped Cream: Use 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder and 4 teaspoons sugar for 1 cup heavy cream. Mix the cocoa and sugar with two tablespoons of the cream to form a thick paste. This will eliminate any lumps in the cocoa.

Whip the cream until you get soft peaks then add the chocolate/sugar mixture. Beat until you get stiff peaks. Then fold in one or more tablespoons (too taste) of honey.

The recipe for the bars will get a bit for me to write down so I'll do that later.
