In the Feb. 2022 issue of Maximum PC magazine, they have an article on how to fix the most common issues concerning Win 10 and a few for Win 11. They say it is a "One Stop Fixit Tool". The tool is called Windows Repair Tool and there are free and paid versions.

Researchers from firmware protection company Binarly have discovered critical vulnerabilities in the UEFI firmware from InsydeH2O used by multiple computer vendors such as Fujitsu, Intel, AMD, Lenovo, Dell, ASUS, HP, Siemens, Microsoft, and Acer.
