On one of my programs I have on my putter. I get this

Please verify that the URL http://www.tulsaworld.com/mm/rss/rss.aspx?group=12 works first in your browser and that the feed passes a validator test.

First, what program are you using to access the feed and how?
there could also be issue with the feed itself...on their end.
