However, and as usual, there seem to be server isses with the download as well as other issues. Please the SMF support forums to see if any issues you are having pertains to your issues, if you are having any problems with the upgrade.

My honest suggestion is to wait a day or 2 to see if they fix the issues and repost any fixes. This seems to be the case lately with SMF upgrades. There's usually an issue with the server hosting the upgrade or the upgrade was not checked thoroughly enough before release. 

Since this version is NOT a security release there is no need to rush and upgrade.
